Blog One: A Start

Hey everyone!

I've been meaning to add a blog post for a while, but I just haven't gotten around to it until now. I wasn't quite sure what to write about, so here goes nothing! Here's a quick update on what I've been up to since I created this website:

First off, I finally finished my trivia book, which I've titled The Coloring Book. You can now buy it on Amazon [here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D33ZZNVY]. I owe a huge thank you to my sisters for not only editing the directions but also helping with the page layout. I'm eternally grateful.

Next, I've been working on launching a crowdfunding campaign. While I faced some challenges with Kickstarter, I managed to get one started on GoFundMe [here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-gabbys-captivating-cult-narrative-art/widget/medium?sharesheet=firstTime&attribution_id=sl:6e27e379-9075-4a9d-b1ff-50725796439f"></div><script defer src="https://www.gofundme.com/static/js/embed.js"></script>]. I'm also working on one for Indiegogo, just in case.

I've been busy writing scripts for my two graphic novels, but I've decided to take a little break while a family friend is visiting. This break has inspired me to work on character designs for my current concept illustration book. I don't want to change the overall design, especially after finishing nearly half the sketches, but I do want to update their colors. So, I'm just playing around with that for now.
